Using BACC Education

BACC provides independent IB preparation resources and learning tools. Use your own account, provide accurate account details, and use materials for personal study. Do not redistribute paid materials, share account credentials, or attempt to access another learner's private information.

Learning feedback and coverage

Practice marks, self-assessments and progress comparisons are learning aids. They are not official IB marks, predicted grades or guaranteed outcomes. Pilot features cover selected skills in Math AA, Biology, Chemistry and Physics and do not represent complete exam papers. Check your selected level and exam syllabus against your school's guidance. Report content or marking concerns to support.

Subscriptions and cancellation

The amount, currency, billing interval and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel through your billing portal or contact support; cancellation ordinarily preserves access until the end of the paid period. A parent sponsor manages their own payment while access belongs to the designated learner.

Refunds and support

The subscription offer includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with the purchase email and receipt so the team can arrange the refund. Separate advisory services follow the scope and terms shown on their service page.

Academic work

Use guidance to develop your own understanding and work. Follow your school and IB assessment instructions. Advisory feedback does not replace your authorship or supervision arrangements.

Independent service

BACC Education is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Baccalaureate Organization. IB and related marks belong to their owners. If service details change, the applicable offer and billing terms will be displayed before purchase.

IB City rewards

Optional city participation and referral credits follow the IB City reward rules. Virtual coins have no cash value. HKD checkout credit is a personal store discount, and qualifying referral refunds or disputes reverse the related rewards.
