BACC Education uses account and learning information to provide IB preparation, save your work and manage access. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

Information used by the service

Accounts contain your email, name, sign-in method, subscription information and login records. Saved learning includes selected subjects, level, exam session, goals, answers, results and review schedules. Passwords are stored as hashes. Stripe processes card details; BACC stores payment identifiers and access information rather than full card numbers.

Guest diagnostics and optional measurement

You can view a diagnostic without an account. This browser can temporarily hold a signed result so you can save it after signing in. Optional website measurement is off by default and can be changed under Privacy choices in the footer. It records page paths, campaign sources and learning milestones, not the text of your answers. Saved account activity and billing events are also used to operate and evaluate the service.

Email and service providers

BACC uses hosting and database services, Stripe for payments, and email delivery services for account, billing and opted-in study communications. Google sign-in is optional. A configured external lesson player may connect to its video provider when loaded. New study reminders are optional and can be disabled in your study plan. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link.

Sharing and parent payments

Progress reports are private unless you create a sharing link. Shared summaries exclude your name, email, written answers and billing details. Anyone with the link can view the summary until it expires or you revoke it. Paying for a learner's access does not grant access to their learning history.

Your choices

You can update preferences, disable reminders, revoke report links and decline optional measurement. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of account data. Some transaction records may need to be retained for billing and recordkeeping. Do not include other people's private information in practice answers.

IB City and referral rewards

Your private city stores its name, explorer class, buildings, XP, virtual coins, and reward transaction history. Following an invitation sets a 30-day HTTP-only referral cookie used only to attribute a new signup. We store referral relationships and payment references to administer rewards and reversals. Referrers see status and release timing, not the identities, grades, or billing details of invitees. The guest preview is temporary. See the city reward rules.
